Gefco says it has become Citro\u00ebn\u2019s logistics partner in Italy for its Ami-100% electric vehicle.\n<\/p>\n
Through the contract, Gefco will manage transportation, post-production operations and warehousing, as well as door-to-door delivery and handover to consumers.\n<\/p>\n
Gefco Italy will receive the Citro\u00ebn AMI at its compound in Guasticce (Livorno), where all post-production operations required to get the vehicles on the road are carried out. In addition, the company will provide storage facilities for Citro\u00ebn Ami vehicles awaiting delivery across Italy.<\/p>\n
The post-production phase includes washing, fluid checks, set-up, installation of accessories and fine-tuning of the My Ami Pop and My Ami VIBEpack configurations. Gefco noted it achieves \u201chigh levels of personalisation\u201d by inserting additional decorative elements.\n<\/p>\n
