This tremendous performance came thanks to the 765LT\u2019s ultra-powerful 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, which develops 755 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, the 765LT utilized carbon fiber extensively to reduce weight and improve overall aerodynamic efficiency. As its name suggests, the 765LT was part of a limited run of just 765 cars worldwide. Since it shares its powertrain and power output with the Coupe, the Spider variant is the most powerful convertible ever produced by the brand. Additionally, the original chassis itself is so stiff that the Spider variant required no further strengthening. The only weight penalty comes as a result of the folding metal roof. However, given the limited production numbers and the results we\u2019ve seen with the Coupe, all signs indicate that the Spider should retain its value just as well.
