duPont REGISTRY\u2122 presents Cars and Coffee on the River at Armature Works on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 8:00-11:00 AM. Beautifully located along the Hillsborough River, attendees will enjoy viewing classic, luxury and exotic automobiles<\/a> courtesy of guests and sponsors.<\/p>\n

Event-goers are encouraged to bring unwrapped gifts for children including toys, bicycles and other appropriate items to be collected by Toys for Tots at Cars and Coffee on the River. Now, more than ever, less fortunate children are in need of gifts for the Holidays. The goal is to ensure economically disadvantaged children experience a happy Holiday this year, even under such dire circumstances.<\/p>\n

The duPont REGISTRY\u2122 has been hosting monthly Cars and Coffee events for more than 18 years. Every year in November, the focus is to collect as many toys as possible for Toys for Tots. In February, we suspended Cars and Coffee until further notice and would not otherwise bring about Cars and Coffee on the River if it were not to benefit the children in this time of need. duPont REGISTRY\u2122 has partnered with Armature Works specifically to host a special event for the local community in order to collect donations for Toys for Tots ahead of the Holiday season. About Toys for Tots<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys and to distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas time. The primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, to help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America\u2019s less fortunate children. In order to better execute the Program, in 1991 the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation was created at the behest of the Marine Corps. The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity.<\/em><\/p>\n
