BorgWarner said Q3 2021 sales rose 35% year on year to $3,416m. Earnings were $0.40 per share, operating income $253m and adjusted operating income $311m.\n<\/p>\n

BW said the acquisition of Delphi Technologies and increased demand for its own products \u201cmore than offset the decline in industry production\u201d.\n<\/p>\n

Net earnings for the third quarter 2021 were $96m, down from $111m\/$0.53 per share in Q3 2020.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/p>\n

For full year 2021, sales are expected to be in the range of $14.4bn to $14.7bn,\u00a0 a year on year increase of 8.5% to 11%.<\/p>\n

Operating margin is expected between 7.9% and 8.7%.<\/p>\n

Net earnings are forecast at $2.07 to $2.55 per share.\n<\/p>\n
