The highly awaited and talked about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwblog.com\/2021\/12\/28\/2023-bmw-m4-csl-spy-shots\/\">BMW M4 CSL<\/a> will make its marketing debut. As we reported before, the M4 CSL is likely to make around 560 horsepower from its 3.0 liter six-cylinder engine. Initially, we thought that BMW M will offer the M4 CSL with either a rear-wheel drive setup or M xDrive. But, a recent report points to only a rear-wheel drive option. Additionally, it will be automatic and rear-wheel drive only, from what we\u2019ve heard.<\/p>\n<p>The first-ever M4 CSL has been a hot topic in the BMW community in the last few years, with countless rumors being thrown around. When asked whether he would be willing to confirm the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwblog.com\/2021\/10\/25\/bmw-m4-csl-nurburgring-spy-video\/\">M4 CSL<\/a>, the man who was in charge of the M division for three years \u2013 now running the large car division \u2013\u00a0referred to it as an \u201copen secret.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also revealed that the M4 CLS would be \u201cmuch more stripped down\u201d than the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwblog.com\/2021\/08\/23\/bmw-m2-cs-tires-race-track\/\">M2 CS<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwblog.com\/2021\/09\/16\/exclusive-we-test-drove-the-bmw-m5-cs-bmws-most-powerful-car\/\">M5 CS<\/a>.
