Online-only premium car brand\u00a0Genesis<\/a> has launched Genesis Flexibility, a\u00a0car\u00a0subscription service<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0customers across Europe.<\/p>\n

The introduction of the subscription plan, which\u00a0provides short-term \u2018cancel at any time\u2019 flexibility, is expected to provide customers with\u00a0a “convenient\u00a0and stress-free”\u00a0introduction to the car brand.<\/p>\n

Starting from just \u00a3599 a month with a minimum six-month term, Genesis Flexibility covers all cars in the Korean premium luxury brand’s line-up.\u00a0The G70 and G80 saloons, the GV70 and GV80 SUVs and the G70 Shooting Brake are all available to order from the website on Genesis Flexibility to be delivered direct to the customer in as little as two weeks\u2019 time.<\/p>\n

The Genesis Flexibility package includes all scheduled servicing, home delivery and collection,\u00a0roadside assistance,\u00a0and a dedicated Genesis Personal Assistant.<\/p>\n

Andrew Pilkington, managing director for Genesis Motor UK, said: \u201cAt Genesis, we strive to deliver a customer-first luxury experience, and the launch of Genesis Flexibility builds on this, as we are simply responding to both customer demand and changing customer needs by providing our own vehicle subscription service that offers a convenient and stress-free introduction into the world of Genesis.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt Genesis, we believe that you don\u2019t need to own a premium luxury vehicle to be able to drive one. We want our subscription customers to have the same first-class Genesis service, on their own terms and to suit their lifestyle.”<\/p>\n

In a recent face-to-face interview with AM,\u00a0Pilkington<\/a>, gave an initial insight into plans for the mobility\u00a0scheme.<\/p>\n

Dominique Boesch, managing director at Genesis Motor Europe, added:\u00a0“With our Genesis Flexibility subscription now available across Europe, customers will benefit from their own Genesis Personal Assistant,\u00a0recruited from hospitality and retail sectors, that will help guide them through the selection of their vehicle and throughout their Genesis experience.\u00a0\u00a0We recommend Genesis Flexibility to customers who would like to experience our premium luxury vehicles without the commitment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Customers will be able to contact their Genesis personal assistant to arrange vehicle servicing, including free pick-up from the customer\u2019s home or place of work, and a courtesy car.<\/p>\n

The vehicle is delivered free of charge to the front door and after expiry of the subscription, the vehicle will be collected again from the desired location, Genesis said.<\/p>\n

Earlier this summer, Genesis officially launched into Europe<\/a>. The Genesis range<\/a> is set to include three all-electric vehicles within the first year in Europe, including the GV60 electric crossover<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
