{"id":15387,"date":"2022-02-14T12:03:59","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T17:03:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=15387"},"modified":"2022-02-14T12:03:59","modified_gmt":"2022-02-14T17:03:59","slug":"bmw-ix-xdrive50-1000km-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=15387","title":{"rendered":"BMW iX xDrive50: New Fastest SUV In Bj\u00f8rn&#8217;s 1,000 Km Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As expected, the <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/bmw\/ix\/\">BMW iX<\/a> xDrive50 achieved pretty good results in the Bj\u00f8rn Nyland 1,000 km (621 miles) challenge, despite cold weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>According to the video, the car completed the distance, at an average temperature of 4\u00b0C, in <strong>10 hours and 10 minutes<\/strong> (after some time deductions), which is <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/news\/566394\/bmw-i4-m50-1000km-challenge\/\">the same as the BMW i4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>By the way, at 21:35, we can see a real-world moose test, which fortunately did not end in a serious crash.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>During the challenge, the car was charged a total of five times along the way (compared to six in the case of the i4), enjoying high average charging rates.<\/p>\n<p>Bj\u00f8rn Nyland notes that the BMW iX is the fastest SUV in the\u00a01,000 km challenge so far (faster than the Audi e-tron 55 and Tesla Model X Raven).
