Yesterday\u2019s leaked reveal of BMW\u2019s new split headlight design, seen on the newly LCI\u2019d BMW X7<\/a>, was quite anticlimactic. We\u2019ve known this new split headlight design was on its way for at least a year, so the reaction to seeing it yesterday was more confirmation, rather than surprise.<\/p>\n

We spoke a bit yesterday about the design, how it looks, and where it\u2019s going to be featured in the future. However, what we didn\u2019t do was ask you enthusiasts how you felt about it. So we\u2019re going to do that now. Let\u2019s hear it, split headlights: love \u2019em or hate \u2019em?\u00a0I have a feeling answers will be rather polarized, with very few fence sitters. This new split headlight design is so drastically different than any other headlight in BMW\u2019s history that it\u2019s bound to drum up some controversial opinions.<\/p>\n
