{"id":18424,"date":"2022-03-25T00:04:44","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T04:04:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=18424"},"modified":"2022-03-25T00:04:44","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T04:04:44","slug":"rivian-r1t-ram-trx-ford-raptor-race","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=18424","title":{"rendered":"Watch Rivian R1T Vs Ram TRX Vs Ford Raptor Vs GMC Syclone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is an amazing <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/tag\/drag-race\/\">drag racing<\/a> comparison with some of the quickest pickup trucks in the world, performed recently by <em>Hagerty<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The three main contenders are: all-electric <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/rivian\/r1t\/\">Rivian R1T<\/a> and two conventional models, the Ram 1500 TRX and Ford F-150 Raptor.<\/p>\n<p>According to the video, the R1T is the heaviest, but also the most powerful of the three:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2022 Rivian R1T Launch Edition<br \/>four motors, 835 hp, 908 lb-ft, 7,173 lb<\/li>\n<li>2022 Ram 1500 TRX<br \/>6.2-liter supercharged V8, 8-speed auto, 702 hp, 650 lb-ft, 6,866 lb<\/li>\n<li>2021 Ford F-150 Raptor<br \/>3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, 10-speed auto, 450 hp, 510 lb-ft, 5,947 lb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is why no one should be surprised that the Rivian R1T pretty easily won the first drag race right from the start.<\/p>\n<p>Quarter-mile drag race results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2022 Rivian R1T: 11.6 seconds @ 111 mph<\/li>\n<li>2022 Ram 1500 TRX: 12.2 seconds @ 110 mph<\/li>\n<li>2021 Ford F-150 Raptor: 14.2 seconds @ 94 mph<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But how about the 1991 GMC Syclone? Once the quickest pickup truck in the world.
