In a first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1132316_2022-ford-f-150-lightning-ev-photos-price-specs-review-details\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">review of the F-150 Lightning electric truck<\/a>, we found even more confidence and refinement than expected\u2014plus some good signs for range and efficiency.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><strong\/><\/strong>Tesla has filed recall paperwork for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1135819_tesla-recalls-cars-for-overheating-issue-of-screens-not-battery-packs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">overheating while fast-charging<\/a>\u2014but no, it\u2019s not what you might think and doesn\u2019t relate to the battery pack. During charges, the \u201celevated temperature\u201d of the infotainment screen can cause it to slow or restart\u2014making some safety-critical features temporarily unavailable. An over-the-air firmware release remedies the situation, according to Tesla.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><strong\/><\/strong>The Tesla Semi hasn\u2019t arrived yet, but on Monday the most important all-electric semi yet for the U.S. bowed in production form. With a range of up to 230 miles but a combined weight rating up to 82,000 pounds, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1135818_freightliner-ecascadia-electric-semi-production-version-bows-will-be-made-this-year\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Freightliner eCascadia electric semi<\/a> is a full Class 8 commercial truck, albeit intended for short hauls.
