So let\u2019s take a look at both cars and see which one is best looking.<\/p>\n<p>I must clarify, we won\u2019t be discussing power, performance, handling, or tech. Without driving the C-Class (Mercedes doesn\u2019t seem keen on letting me test its cars), we can\u2019t compare what they\u2019re like to actually use. We can only compare their designs right now so that\u2019s what we\u2019re gonna do.<\/p>\n<p>Up front, I really like both cars, for different reasons. The new 3 Series LCI is sharp, sporty, and modern. While the C-Class is a bit more traditional, more understated, and a bit more elegant looking. Though, I will say there\u2019s something about the silhouette of the C-Class on those wheels that really speaks to me. The new C-Class rump is better than before but it\u2019s still a bit droopy. But what makes the cabin of the 3 Series so good is exactly what I can\u2019t use in this comparison\u2013what it\u2019s like to use. The C-Class\u2019 cabin is better looking, with a gorgeous steering wheel, cool looking vents, an infotainment system that seems easier to reach, and a lovely waterfall design for its center console. I love using the 3 Series\u2019 cabin, because it\u2019s just so intelligently laid out, but I can\u2019t use that here because I haven\u2019t yet tried the C-Class\u2019. So I\u2019m gonna have to go Benz for the Interior.<\/p>\n<p>That leaves both cars in a tie, with two category wins each. As fence-sitting as that is, I think it\u2019s an appropriate outcome. Both cars are great looking cars and both have fantastic interiors.
