Concorso Ferrari & Friends is Southern New England\u2019s signature automobile event in support of Connecticut Children\u2019s. The annual event attracts thousands of Connecticut Children\u2019s supporters and regional car enthusiasts and includes a display of nearly 200 Italian supercars including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Fiat. Since its inception in 2001, Concorso Ferrari & Friends has raised more than $1.6 million in support of Connecticut Children\u2019s nationally recognized, innovative and specialized care for children.<\/p>\n

The highlight of Concorso Ferrari & Friends is the 11am arrival of the Connecticut Children\u2019s Heroes Parade, where Connecticut Children\u2019s patients, grateful parents and heroic caregivers co-pilot Italian supercars. Their red carpet arrival is not to be missed!<\/p>\n

New this year, Concorso Ferrari & Friends will host an exclusive luncheon at the Farmington Polo Grounds during the car show from 12:00pm \u2013 2:00pm. Offering covered seating, the reception will include a formal program with a children\u2019s patient speaker, buffet lunch, and a cash bar. Guests will also be delighted by featured guests Ed Welburn, a legend in the global automotive industry, and John Nikas, an award-winning historian, and automotive writer. Mr. Welburn has been referred to as \u201cthe man who brought beauty back to GM.\u201d He was just the sixth head of design for General Motors and the first to lead the division on a global level.<\/p>\n

The New England Supercar Club will bring their popular Cars and Coffee event to the Farmington Polo Grounds at 8am to complement this auto-filled day. Thousands of spectators, patients and car enthusiasts will attend the event, which runs until 4pm. This 100 percent open-air event safely hosts huge crowds of auto aficionados while raising critical funds to support the kids and families who rely on Connecticut Children\u2019s for their care.<\/p>\n

We invite you to participate in Concorso Ferrari & Friends with a corporate sponsorship, car registration, vendor space or donation. Sponsors, spectators and car owners will enjoy a day full of supercars, face painting, Valentine the Clown, food trucks, SimCraft racing simulator, music and driver interviews.<\/p>\n
