The decision is explained by overwhelming consumer interest in <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/news\/570986\/polestar-o2-electric-hardtop-convertible-concept\/\">the electric convertible concept<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Ingenlath, Polestar CEO said:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"8\">\n<p>\u201cWith the overwhelming consumer and press response, we took the decision to put this stunning roadster into production and I am so excited to make it a reality. The top speed will reach 250 km\/h (155 mph).
