A \u201cMost fuel-efficient\u201d leaf badge appears, with the app preferring that route \u201cwhen arrival times are similar.\u201d You can see more details about the choice and get a brief explanation.<\/p>\n<p>This feature <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/maps?p=eco_friendly_routes_link&amp;co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&amp;oco=1\">can be disabled<\/a> from the overflow menu in the directions page &gt; \u201cRoute options\u201d to always use the fastest option.
