When it arrives in the U.S. in two years in long-wheelbase, three-row form, will it be a great family vehicle in the tradition of a minivan?<\/p>\n The EPA has announced that it\u2019s cracking down on companies offering aftermarket diesel \u201cdefeat device\u201d solutions<\/a> that circumvent original emissions devices. These devices, sold as \u201cdelete tunes\u201d or \u201cdelete kits\u201d and claim to make engines run better or more efficiently, lead to dramatically higher levels of NOx and particulate matter\u2014and direct health effects.<\/p>\n And Lightyear has announced another round of investment that it says will spur development of the \u201chigh-volume\u201d Lightyear 2 solar EV<\/a> and help fuel a planned international expansion.
