Development of the newest Genesis Retail Experience facility has officially commenced. Members of the S. Dilawri Auto Group and Genesis Motors Canada\u2019s executive team assembled to ceremoniously break ground on the future site of Genesis Ottawa. Expected to open April 1, 2023, this flagship location will personify the new Genesis brand identity and be the largest of its kind in the country once it is completed.<\/p>\n
Located within the Hunt Club West Business Park, the 21,632 sq-ft facility will feature a showroom large enough to display eight vehicles, a service drive-thru area, three detailing bays, six dedicated EV labs and charging stations, as well as private and open common areas for guests. There is also a vehicle delivery and test drive area that is entirely enclosed in glass. Upon completion, guests will be able to choose whether they test drive, acquire, and service their Genesis at home, place of business, or the new Genesis Retail Experience (GRX) Centre if they prefer.<\/p>\n

Genesis Retail Experience Centres provide consumers with access to a fulsome, flexible experience, allowing them to freely transition between online and in-person services based on their preference. All transactions will continue to be completed online and the Genesis at Home suite of services, from at-home test drives to valet service, will all remain available.<\/p>\n
