The sale focused on pre-war and brass-era cars that capture the legendary glamor of the time, and it seems that the passion for these cars has yet to fade, as the sale was an incredible success. Following that was a 1914 Thomas Model K-6-90 Flyabout which sold for $594,000, and then a 1931 Pierce-Arrow Model 41 Convertible Victoria by LeBaron which went for $418,000. The fourth-highest was a 1931 Marmon Sixteen Convertible Sedan by LeBaron, which sold for $330,000. After that, a 1923 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontregistry.com\/autos\/results\/rolls-royce\">Rolls-Royce<\/a> Silver Ghost Pall Mall Tourer by Merrimac for $297,000 rounded out the top 5, followed by a 1941 Packard Custom Super Eight One Eighty Convertible Victoria by Darrin for $264,000 and a 1987 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupontregistry.com\/autos\/results\/buick\/grand--national\">Buick Grand National<\/a> GNX for $231,000. After that, a 1931 Cadillac V-12 Convertible Coupe by Fleetwood for $198,000 came in at eighth-highest, followed by a 1934 Packard Super Eight Coupe Roadster for $192,500 and a 1958 Buick Limited Convertible that rounded out the top 10 for $187,000.
