Honda promises \u201cimproved hybrid performance\u201d on the upcoming Accord, and said that it will include Honda\u2019s largest-ever touchscreen, at 12.3 inches. Manual gearboxes were offered for some versions, but Honda dropped that after 2020.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Honda already updated its Accord Hybrid drivability for 2021. In a test of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1130238_2021-honda-accord-hybrid-first-drive-review-the-best-kind-of-vanilla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2021 Accord Hybrid<\/a>, we found it to be more confident in its responses, with a constant acceleration feel that we\u2019ve likened to electric vehicles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As we reported in our review of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1137524_review-2023-honda-cr-v-hybrid-is-brand-s-best-gas-driven-suv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid<\/a>, the automaker has reengineered its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1087518_2014-honda-accord-hybrid-has-no-transmission-how-it-works\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">two-mode hybrid system<\/a> so that its motors are no longer on the same axis.
