interpretation of the Crest Grille seen on the firm\u2019s internal combustion engine models.<\/p>\n<p>For the all-electric Genesis X Convertible, the cooling function for the powertrain and batteries have been relocated to smaller openings set low down in the front bumper.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbodydesign.com\/?attachment_id=87562\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-87562\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-post-fullwidth wp-image-87562\" src=\"\/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-08-720x479.jpg\" alt=\"\" with integrated spoiler, while the horizontal quad taillights echo those already seen on the X Concept and X Speedium Coupe.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, the eye-catching V-shape indentation in the tailgate takes its influence from the iconic crest and wings of the Genesis logo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbodydesign.com\/?attachment_id=87565\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-87565\"><img bespoke Crane White finish. Representing nobility and sanctity in Korea, the White Crane is an important cultural icon that Genesis was keen to incorporate in the concept\u2019s character. A wraparound instrument panel seamlessly integrates the centre console, creating a driver focussed environment that highlights the Genesis X Convertible concept\u2019s performance potential.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbodydesign.com\/?attachment_id=87564\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-87564\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-post-fullwidth wp-image-87564\" src=\"\/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-720x362.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"\/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-720x362.jpg 720w, \/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-234x118.jpg 234w, \/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-355x179.jpg 355w, \/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-768x386.jpg 768w, \/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01-1536x773.jpg 1536w, \/media\/2022\/11\/Genesis-X-Convertible-Concept-Interior-Design-01.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 1900px) 90vw, (max-width: 760px) 100vw, 720px\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Inspired by traditional Korean roof architecture, the interior features Giwa Navy and Dancheong Orange colours, which create a modern look that\u2019s perfectly in tune with the car\u2019s vibrant character.<\/p>\n<p>The primary interior colour is Giwa Navy, which takes its name from the \u201cGiwa\u201d, the roof tiles used on Korean houses. Made from recyclable wool fabric, the textured and woven trim wraps around the cabin, contrasting with the smooth and sleek leather surfaces of the seats, which are finished in the same colour.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Dancheong Orange serves as a bold contrast finish and is used for the fine stitching that is used throughout the interior. This distinctive colour is the same that is used for the decorative trim used on traditional Korean wooden buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the Genesis X Convertible Chief Creative Officer, Luc Donckerwolke, said: \u201cIt is the normal development of Genesis to increase the athletic and emotional facet of our design philosophy by creating an emotional trilogy: the X family. Electric powertrains have given us the perfect scenario in which to enjoy nature, which is something convertibles do better than any other vehicle.
