And after one\u2019s parked his car, he can enjoy the wine cellar, in-house cinema, gym, and the private spa.<\/p>\n<p>The four-story property, already sold (price not revealed) and due for completion in about a year, is the British brand\u2019s first collaboration with homebuilders in Asia, but it is not the first time Aston has dipped a toe into projects other than automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the company launched a <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.astonmartin.com\/en\/live\/news\/2016\/09\/28\/aston-martin-powerboat-revealed-in-monaco\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:4;\">power boat, the AM37<\/a>, a $1.6 million toy that was the result of two years of research and development. Supposedly designed with similar proportions that Aston applies to its vehicles, the top trim level AM37S makes an estimated 50 knots derived from its twin 520 horsepower <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/mercury\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:5;\">Mercury<\/a> petrol engines. Aston Martin even got into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2018\/05\/02\/aston-martin-submarine-triton\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:6;\">personal luxury submarine game<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aston has also partnered to build a 6,000-square foot\u00a0 \u201chouse\u201d called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2020\/10\/02\/aston-martin-sylvan-rock\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:7;\">Sylvan Rock<\/a> in the <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/tag\/hudson\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:8;\">Hudson<\/a> Valley in upstate New York, costing $7.7 million, and is collaborating on the construction of a 66-floor, high-rise<a href=\"https:\/\/astonmartincondos.millionandup.com\/?track=vwo&amp;utm_source=PaidSearch&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA1ZGcBhCoARIsAGQ0kkrBVvdqJiloPJw3PcLnE-teIp22gJ1G790sRgT4KCVfgR_uyyrdqiEaAhxCEALw_wcB#initial\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:9;\"> condominium in MiIami<\/a>. Top price for a unit: $50 million. But the view is very nice.<\/p>\n<p>For the so-called \u201cholistic\u201d extravaganza near Tokyo, Marek Reichman, executive vice president of Aston, said: \u201cThe influence of Tokyo culture, with its amazing history and style, holds an important creative space within our design studio.
