Electrify America is known for its nationwide fast charger network, which directly competes with Tesla\u2019s Supercharger network. And while Tesla is known for its zero-advertisement policy<\/a>, Electrify America \u2013 which is part of Volkswagen Group of America (remember Dieselgate<\/a>?) \u2013 is trying to bring some Netflix-style entertainment to potential EV buyers with a new satirical campaign called \u201cAs seen on EV.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the tagline \u201celectric cars are worth watching,\u201d the campaign has three short videos which outline the main benefits of electric vehicles.<\/p>\n

The first video in the series, called \u201cThrift and frugality,\u201d is inspired by the hit series Bridgerton and puts a BMW iX<\/a> in the role of Lord Chargington, who \u201cmoves quite quickly\u201d and \u201crequires less routine maintenance than other gentlemen.\u201d<\/p>\n
