Plus, it\u2019s possible that the estimates we see in the photo aren\u2019t very accurate, but they&#8217;re certainly a conversation starter.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t know whether the spied Macan was rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, but just for the sake of comparison, a rear-wheel drive <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/hyundai\/ioniq-5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\">Hyundai Ioniq 5<\/a> with the biggest battery has an estimated range of 303 miles, while the all-wheel drive variant offers 266 miles.<\/p>\n<p>What we do know is that <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/porsche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\">Porsche<\/a> aims to equip the upcoming electric Macan with a 100 kWh battery pack which will have a usable capacity somewhere between 96 kWh and 98 kWh. According to Porsche, the <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/news\/554784\/porsche-macan-ev-spied-interior\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22554784%22%2C%22section%22%3A%221%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22porsche-macan-ev-spied-interior%22%7D\">2024 Macan EV<\/a> will be able to charge from 5% to 80% in 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Getting back to the spy shots, a new detail is the Sport Chrono Pack, which comes as an optional extra on all Porsche models and offers a dash-mounted clock which doubles as a lap timer, a fancier steering wheel, and more refined settings for the driving modes.<\/p>\n<p>Other than that, the overall design of the interior is similar to that of the <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/porsche\/taycan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\">Taycan<\/a>. There\u2019s a curved main display in front of the steering wheel, and another display for the infotainment system on the center of the dashboard. Down the center console, a host of controls for the climate control are present.<\/p>\n<p>The all-electric Porsche Macan was supposed to be unveiled in 2023, but <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/news\/616412\/porsche-confirms-macan-ev-delay-2024-over-slow-software-development\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22616412%22%2C%22section%22%3A%221%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22porsche-confirms-macan-ev-delay-2024-over-slow-software-development%22%7D\">software development delays<\/a> pushed the reveal to 2024.
