After <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bentley\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:1;\">Bentley<\/a>, <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bmw\/m\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:2;\">BMW M<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2023\/01\/09\/rolls-royce-bugatti-sales-records-2022\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:3;\">Bugatti<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2023\/01\/10\/lamborghini-bentley-record-sales-2022\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:4;\">Lamborghini<\/a>\u00a0and <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/rolls_royce\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:5;\">Rolls-Royce<\/a>, <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/porsche\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:6;\">Porsche<\/a> has announced that its North American division set a new delivery record in 2022, while its global deliveries increased by 3% compared to 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Porsche delivered a record-breaking 70,065 cars in the United States in 2022. In comparison, the company&#8217;s 2021 deliveries checked in at 70,025 units. It&#8217;s a razor-thin margin but it&#8217;s a record nonetheless. Fourth-quarter deliveries grew by 14% over 2021 to 20,955 units.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/article\/2023-porsche-macan-review\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:7;\">the Macan<\/a> took the top spot on the sales podium with 23,688 deliveries in 2022, a slight drop compared to 2021 (24,716 units). Second place went to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2019\/09\/30\/2020-porsche-cayenne-review\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:8;\">the Cayenne<\/a> (21,194 deliveries, up from 17,299 in 2021) and third place went to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2022\/11\/23\/2023-porsche-911-carrera-t-first-drive-review\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:9;\">the 911<\/a> (10,204 deliveries). This marks the second year in a row that 911 deliveries cross the 10,000-unit mark and a 2% improvement over the 10,042 units delivered in 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2021\/11\/30\/2022-porsche-taycan-gts-track-drive\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:10;\">The Taycan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2021\/07\/05\/2021-porsche-panamera-4s-e-hybrid-sport-turismo-road-test\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:11;\">Panamera<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2020\/10\/23\/2020-porsche-718-cayman-t-review\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:12;\">718 duo<\/a> round out the chart with 7,271, 4,224 and 3,484 deliveries, respectively, and all posted a decline compared to 2021. All told, these are great results in a year marred with supply chain-related problems and various delivery delays.<\/p>\n<p>Globally, Porsche delivered 309,884 cars in 2022, up from 301,915 in 2021. Annual deliveries fell by 2% to 93,286 units in <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/tag\/china\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:13;\">China<\/a>, its largest market, due in part to COVID-related lockdowns. As a trade-off, deliveries in Europe increased by 7% to 62,685 units. The <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/porsche\/cayenne\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:14;\">Cayenne<\/a> remains Porsche&#8217;s global best-seller with 95,605 deliveries in 2022, followed by the <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/porsche\/macan\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:15;\">Macan<\/a> (86,724 deliveries) and the 911 (40,410 deliveries).
