Cars are regularly one of <em>CR\u2019s<\/em> most interesting topics, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumerreports.org\/cars\/car-reliability-owner-satisfaction\/10-least-satisfying-cars-owner-satisfaction-a1976289175\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:1;\">its recent study<\/a> on the least satisfying vehicles to own offers insights into the cars people wish they hadn\u2019t purchased.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/article\/automaker-brand-report-cards-consumer-reports\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:2;\"><em>CR<\/em> polled thousands<\/a> of members with questions about what they liked and disliked about the vehicle they\u2019d owned for a few years. When asked if they would definitely repurchase the same car, the following vehicles came back as the least likely to be purchased a second time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/kia\/forte\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:3;\">Kia Forte<\/a>: 51% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/nissan\/altima\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:4;\">Nissan Altima<\/a>: 51% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/nissan\/kicks\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:5;\">Nissan Kicks<\/a>: 49% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/volkswagen\/taos\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:6;\">Volkswagen Taos<\/a>: 48% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/kia\/seltos\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:7;\">Kia Seltos<\/a>: 48% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/jeep\/compass\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:8;\">Jeep Compass<\/a>: 46% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/mercedes_benz\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:9;\">Mercedes-Benz<\/a> GLA: 45% would buy again<\/li>\n<li>Infiniti <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/infiniti\/qx50\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:10;\">QX50<\/a>: 40% would buy again<\/li>\n<li>Mercedes-Benz GLB: 39% would buy again<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/volkswagen\/atlas+cross+sport\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:11;\">Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport<\/a>: 38% would buy again<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/buy\/2022-Volkswagen-Atlas+Cross+Sport\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:12;\"><em>Autoblog<\/em><\/a> tested the <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/volkswagen\/atlas+cross+sport\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:13;\">VW Atlas Cross Sport<\/a> in March 2022, we liked the styling and the price was right, but it lagged rivals in driving excitement and interior quality. A number of recalls don\u2019t help the Cross Sport\u2019s cause much, either, as some models have more than a dozen actions by the <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/tag\/nhtsa\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:14;\">National Highway Traffic Safety Administration<\/a>. Even the 2023 model already has four recalls. The annoyance of recalls and the hassle of just-average reliability ratings could have played into the Cross Sport\u2019s place as the least satisfying vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>On the other end of the spectrum, the <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/chevrolet\/corvette\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:15;\">Chevrolet Corvette<\/a> earned the top spot as <em>CR&#8217;s<\/em> most satisfying car. The <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/porsche\/911\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:16;\">Porsche 911<\/a>, <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/rivian\/r1t\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:17;\">Rivian R1T<\/a>, <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/ford\/maverick\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:18;\">Ford Maverick<\/a> Hybrid, and <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/hyundai\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:19;\">Hyundai<\/a> Ioniq 5 round out the top-five most satisfying vehicles to own.
