Two of the Co-Founders of the renowned by-invitation classic car event The Bridge, which takes place in Bridgehampton, New York, each September, will bring their unique flair for creating rich and meaningful classic car events and experiences to Amelia Island during the annual gathering of car enthusiasts in early March.<\/p>\n

Taking place on Saturday, March 4, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the spectacular Bent Wing Flight Services at Fernandina Beach’s municipality airport, the dynamic duo, Shamin Abas and Jeffrey Einhorn, will launch the inaugural exhibition aptly named The Hangar<\/a>. The event will feature over 100 extremely rare sports and competition cars from the 1950s to present and an exciting display of rarely seen vintage aircraft.<\/p>\n

Guests of the festive, early evening, aperitivo-style soir\u00e9e will enjoy live music, premium wine and spirits, and delicious bites. Limited tickets are available for purchase for $275, with a portion of sales benefitting Friends of Fernandina Aviation.<\/p>\n

“Hot off the heels of the 6th iteration of The Bridge in September, we are thrilled to bring our community of collectors and enthusiasts together in beautiful Amelia Island for the first time,” says CoFounder Shamin Abas.<\/p>\n

“We will be primarily celebrating sports and racing cars from the 1950s through the present day, with everything from one-off coach-built creations, vintage European metal, FIA approved racers, and new exotica on display,” said Co-Founder Jeffrey Einhorn. “Ultimately,” he continued, “We look forward to throwing the party of the weekend!”<\/p>\n
