Times were tough. Work was slow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut then, something changed,\u201d Fain recalled. \u201cI became a member of the UAW and found you all\u2026 I want the UAW of tomorrow to be the life-changing experience it was for me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>President Fain also spoke about the fights ahead. \u201cThis week I\u2019ve heard some talk about what we can\u2019t do,\u201d said Fain. \u201cAbout what the law says. And the law has its place.
