class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/electric\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:2;\">electric vehicles<\/a> globally.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The electric version of Ford&#8217;s longstanding <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/ford\/f_150\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:3;\">F-150<\/a> workhorse has stayed resilient in the U.S. despite a series of price hikes since its launch in 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Although buyers in most European cities &#8211; which tend to have narrower roads &#8211; prefer compact hatchbacks and smaller <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/crossover\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:4;\">crossover SUVs<\/a>, demand for electric vehicles is strong in Norway; four out of five cars sold there over the last year were battery-powered.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The big pickup may not be ideal for Oslo&#8217;s streets, but in the countryside, owners could &#8220;bring a lot of deer with them to the cabin,&#8221; said Per Gunnar Berg, managing director, Ford Norway.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ford, which will sell the pickup through its authorized <a class=\"injectedLinkmain\" href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/car-dealers\/\" data-ylk=\"elm:context_link;itc:0;pos:1;sec:donut-hole;cpos:5;\">dealer<\/a> network in Norway, said deliveries will begin next year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The launch comes a month after the company said its electric vehicle business unit could lose $3 billion this year, but remains on track to
