Ford claimed Monday that its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1139728_ford-three-row-ev-due-in-2025-350-miles-on-100-kwh-exec-says\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">three-row electric SUV coming in 2025<\/a> will be a groundbreaking \u201cpersonal bullet train\u201d\u2014with a comprehensive focus on efficiency resulting in 350 miles of range from a 100-kwh battery pack and 150 miles from a 10-minute charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"static-marker-video-player-primis\"\/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On a completely different track, Cadillac announced plans to make a fully electric version of its big, thirsty Escalade SUV. The GM luxury brand claims the model, badged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1139726_cadillac-escalade-iq-electric-suv-late-2023-reveal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Escalade IQ<\/a> and to be revealed later this year, will be \u201ca different type of EV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">And BMW and California\u2019s Pacific Gas &amp; Electric (PG&amp;E) have built on a previous smart-charging partnership with a pilot program (and later, a field trial) looking at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1139669_bmw-tests-how-its-evs-might-supplement-the-grid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">how EVs could supplement home energy and the grid<\/a>.
