These recommendations aim to help Canada rise to the top with other leaders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The pre-budget recommendation features 42 policy recommendations across 6 categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Light-duty vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Medium- and heavy-duty and off-road fleet electrification<\/li>\n<li>EV charging infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Federal regulation<\/li>\n<li>A
