It also undercuts the 1.99% rate Tesla is currently offering on the <strong>Model 3 and Model Y<\/strong>, and is dramatically lower than the 5.99% rate for the <strong>Model S and Model X<\/strong>, according to CarsDirect.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"static-marker-video-player-primis\"\/><\/p>\n<div class=\"image_wrapper first_wrapper\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" name=\"tccimg_100894266_m\" title=\"2024 Audi e-tron GT\" src=\"data:image\/png;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAD\/ACwAAAAAAQABAAACADs=\" alt=\"2024 Audi e-tron GT\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" class=\"first_image lazy\" data-width=\"1024\" data-height=\"683\" data-url=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/lrg\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_l.webp\" data-src-h=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/hug\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_h.webp\" data-src=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/lrg\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_l.webp\" data-src-l=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/lrg\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_l.webp\" data-src-m=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/med\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_m.webp\" data-src-s=\"https:\/\/images.hgmsites.net\/sml\/2024-audi-e-tron-gt_100894266_s.webp\"\/><\/p>\n<p>2024 Audi e-tron GT<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>However, most Model 3 and Model Y variants (apart from the base rear-wheel-drive Model 3) are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1143079_tesla-cancels-cheapest-model-y-adds-long-range-version\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit<\/a>, while no Audi EV is eligible for the credit under current rules that went into effect at the beginning of this year. And that means one of the entry-level Tesla EVs could still be a better deal.<\/p>\n<p>With the tax credit factored in, CarsDirect estimates a <strong>$680 monthly payment<\/strong> for a 60-month financing term on a Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD. It shares the MEB platform with the Volkswagen ID.4 and ID.Buzz from Audi&#8217;s parent brand. Audi&#8217;s EV lineup also includes the E-Tron GT and RS E-Tron GT, which share the J1 platform and its 800-volt electrical architecture with the Porsche Taycan, and Q8 E-Tron, which is based on a version of the MLB platform used by many VW Group gasoline models.<\/p>\n<p>Both the <strong>Q4 E-Tron and E-Tron GT<\/strong> receive some updates for 2025, bringing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1143799_2025-audi-q4-e-tron-grabs-for-power-range\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more power and range<\/a> to the Q4 E-Tron and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1143556_2025-audi-e-tron-gt-ev-preview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new RS E-Tron GT Performance grade<\/a> for the flagship E-Tron GT.
