{"id":76159,"date":"2024-08-26T09:03:42","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T13:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=76159"},"modified":"2024-08-26T09:03:42","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T13:03:42","slug":"1144244_2025-nissan-armada-patrol-release-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/autosector.com\/?p=76159","title":{"rendered":"2025 Nissan Armada teased ahead of Sept. 3 debut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <strong>redesigned Nissan Armada<\/strong> arrives shortly, and a teaser photo released on Monday gives a sneak peek at the SUV&#8217;s grille.<\/p>\n<p>The new Armada will be fully revealed on Sept. 3, Nissan has confirmed, and we&#8217;ll see it arrive in showrooms as a 2025 model in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"static-marker-video-player-primis\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Like the current Armada, the new generation will be <strong>marketed as the Nissan Patrol<\/strong> outside the U.S. The Patrol is a nameplate that dates back to 1951 and signifies Nissan&#8217;s most rugged SUV, and that off-road cred should also benefit the new Armada.<\/p>\n<p>Nissan hasn&#8217;t provided any details on the new Armada and Patrol twins, but the redesigned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motorauthority.com\/news\/1143603_review-2025-infiniti-qx80-goes-big-on-little-details\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025 Infiniti QX80<\/a> provides clues as its platform will be shared with the Nissans. The <strong>QX80&#8217;s twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6<\/strong> should also be shared with the Nissans, replacing the <strong>current 5.6-liter V-8<\/strong> used by the SUVs. Expect a more upmarket design, too, with <strong>bigger screens and better quality materials<\/strong>. Nissan may have preempted the new positioning by increasing pricing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motorauthority.com\/news\/1141485_2024-nissan-armada-price\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the 2024 Armada<\/a>. At $57,345, including a $1,895 destination charge, its starting price is <strong>almost $5,000 more<\/strong> than the starting price of the 2023 model.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.motorauthority.com\/news\/1142970_nissan-s-next-armada-murano-reportedly-lean-toward-luxury\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A redesigned Murano<\/a> is also expected to arrive for the 2025 model year.
