It&#8217;s the same for the Panamera,&#8221; Steiner said.<\/p>\n<p>The revised powertrain lineup and model cycles go beyond the Panamera and Cayenne.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>electric Porsche Macan<\/strong>, which is arriving stateside in the coming weeks, will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1132211_porsche-confirms-electric-macan-for-2023-gas-model-will-continue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sell alongside the gas model<\/a> for the coming years. The Macan EV received a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1143809_2025-porsche-macan-range\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lower price and likely more range<\/a> for 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The next-generation <strong>Cayenne will be electric<\/strong>, but it will sell <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1143919_electric-porsche-cayenne-to-live-alongside-gas-and-hybrid-models\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alongside the gasoline-fueled models<\/a>. The 2024 Cayenne lineup saw hybrid models receive large upgrades in terms of power and range for 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Porsche has more electric SUVs on the way. A <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greencarreports.com\/news\/1139023_porsche-confirms-electric-cayenne-plus-flagship-ev-above-it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flagship electric SUV<\/a><\/strong> will arrive after and be positioned above the next-generation Cayenne. The yet to be named electric SUV will be based on Volkswagen Group&#8217;s Scalable Systems Platform (SSP), with Porsche using the specific &#8220;Sport&#8221; version of SSP for the model.<\/p>\n<p>The automaker has said the \u00a0electric SUV will provide &#8220;strong performance and automated driving functions with the typical Porsche flyline.&#8221; The interior is billed as &#8220;a completely new experience.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the coming years Porsche showrooms will eventually house\u00a0<strong>three electric SUVs, and an electric hatchback<\/strong> in the form of the next-generation Panamera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Product strategy continues to shift at Porsche as market winds blow.
