EPA electric range is likely to remain unchanged at <strong>46 miles<\/strong> with fuel economy of <strong>23 mpg combined<\/strong> after that.<\/p>\n<p>The S 580e 4Matic isn&#8217;t the only <strong>plug-in hybrid version<\/strong> of the S-Class, which has been Mercedes&#8217; flagship for decades. But that other plug-in hybrid\u2014the AMG S 63 E Performance\u2014focuses more on performance than efficiency.
