Taking place from <strong>March 13 to March 16, 2025<\/strong>, at the <strong>BMO Centre in Calgary<\/strong>, this is your chance to get behind the wheel of some of the latest EVs and discover the benefits of electric driving firsthand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience EV Test Drives with Plug\u2019n Drive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhether you\u2019re an EV enthusiast or just curious about electric driving, this is a must-do experience at CIATS 2025,\u201d said Edmund Ong, onsite Plug\u2019n Drive EV Ambassador. \u201cOur free, brand-agnostic, and completely sales-free test drives give you the perfect opportunity to compare different EV models in a relaxed environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Plug\u2019n Drive\u2019s EV ambassadors\u2014many of whom are EV owners themselves\u2014will be on-site to answer your questions, share their real-world experiences, and help you explore whether an EV is the right fit for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>See you in the front-left of Hall F for EV test drives. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event will be first come, first served. Test drivers must be 21 with a valid full\/unrestricted Class 5 driver\u2019s license. Hours for the test drives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday March 13, 2025, 10:00 am-8:30 pm<\/li>\n<li>Friday March 14, 2025, 10:00am-8:30 pm<\/li>\n<li>Saturday March 15, 2025, 10:00am-8:30 pm<\/li>\n<li>Sunday March 16, 2025, 10:00am-5:30 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendees will have the opportunity to test drive <strong>18 electric vehicles<\/strong> from <strong>11 EV brands<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cadillac Escalade IQ<\/li>\n<li>Cadillac OPTIQ<\/li>\n<li>Chevrolet Blazer EV<\/li>\n<li>Chevrolet Equinox EV<\/li>\n<li>Chevrolet Silverado EV<\/li>\n<li>Ford Mustang Mach-E<\/li>\n<li>Genesis GV60<\/li>\n<li>GMC Hummer EV SUV<\/li>\n<li>GMC Sierra EV Denali<\/li>\n<li>Hyundai IONIQ-5<\/li>\n<li>Hyundai KONA EV Electric<\/li>\n<li>Kia EV6 GT Line Limited<\/li>\n<li>Kia EV9 GT-Line<\/li>\n<li>Nissan ARIYA<\/li>\n<li>Porsche Macan<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen ID.4<\/li>\n<li>Volvo EX30<\/li>\n<li>Volvo EX90<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This diverse lineup offers everything from compact crossovers to performance sedans and electric trucks, giving visitors a well-rounded EV test drive experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Should You Test Drive an EV?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbtnews.com\/j-d-power-reveals-evs-cost-less-to-own-over-5-years-compared-to-gas-cars-in-nearly-every-u-s-state\/\">J.D Power report<\/a>, EV owners benefit from substantial savings by avoiding high gasoline prices and the lower maintenance needs of electric vehicles, and drivers who experience an EV firsthand\u2014through ownership or test drives\u2014are far more likely to make the switch to electric.
