XPeng Motors<\/a> has pulled the sheet off the top-tier variant of one of its newest and best-selling BEV models. During an event in China earlier today, XPeng unveiled the MONA M03 Max with a slew of new color combinations, enhanced pure vision ADAS, and the full version of the Chinese automaker\u2019s Tianji cockpit system. <\/p>\n

We are nearly a year removed from XPeng Motors\u2019 first hint at a new model <\/a>that would become known as the MONA M03. After teaser images all summer, XPeng officially unveiled the MONA M03 in July 2024 before officially launching the model at ultra-affordable prices<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For example, the M03 initially launched in three separate trims, priced at RMB 119,800 ($16,815), RMB 129,800 ($18,220), and RMB 155,800 ($21,870), respectively. The three variants \u2013 515, 620, and 580 Max \u2013 refer to each MONA M03\u2019s CLTC range (km), and the \u201cMax\u201d signifies the addition of XPeng\u2019s smart driving ADAS capability.<\/p>\n

The two lower-end trims of the MONA M03 began deliveries in August 2024<\/a> and have since propelled the model to the top-selling A-segment BEV sedan in China for eight consecutive months. By the end of March 2025, XPeng announced it had built 100,000 MONA EVs in seven months<\/a>, hailing the milestone as a new record for passenger BEVs.<\/p>\n

Today, the company shared that 90% of the sedan\u2019s customers are under 35. As such, XPeng has unveiled the MONA M03 Max, which features several exclusive options to cater to its younger customer base. <\/p>\n
