With new vehicles and tech arriving in 2026, the company expects another big year.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-449727\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hyundai-achieves-fifth-straight-record-us-sales-in-2025\">Hyundai achieves fifth straight record US sales in 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Coming off its best-ever December sales last month, Hyundai went \u201c5 for 5 in 2025,\u201d achieving its fifth consecutive year of record annual retail sales.<\/p>\n<p>Hyundai\u2019s retail sales in the US totaled 772,712 in 2025, while total sales reached 901,686. Randy Parker, CEO of Hyundai Motor North America, credited the company\u2019s \u201cdiverse lineup, spanning advanced electrified vehicles and award-winning SUVs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The IONIQ 5 remained one of the top-selling electric vehicles in the US, with a record 47,039 models sold in 2025. <\/p>\n<p>\t<span class=\"outbrain-ad-label\">Advertisement &#8211; scroll for more content<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Even though sales dropped 58% in Q4 after the $7,500 federal tax credit expired at the end of September, IONIQ 5 sales rose 6% year over year.
